What is a HOA? An organization made up of neighbors concerned with managing the common areas of a subdivision. It is a nonprofit association whose directors and officers are elected by the Ennfield home owners. This boards is composed of non-paid volunteers from the community elected at the annual meeting to represent the association. The associations take on issues such as garden, pool, and common area maintenance; noise abatement; common parking areas; repairs; and dues. The homeowners' association is also responsible for enforcing any covenants, conditions, and restrictions that apply to the subdivision properties.
Annual HOA Meeting
An Annual HOA meeting is typicaly in May on a Saturday morning starting at 10am by the pool and is followed by a cookout.
Ennfield Annual Dues
Homeowners association dues are $350 per year. Invoices will be sent out by March 15th and are due no later than April 1st. The budget year is from April 1st thru March 31st.
